About Navrater Parv
Navrater (Navratri) honours the feminine divine in nine manifestations. Each day is dedicated to a different Devi with distinct attributes and folklore. People celebrate with fasting, prayer, dance (Garba/Dandiya), and by decorating altars with the images or idols of the Devi.
If you want, you can add short mantras, a schedule for the nine days, or links to biographies for each Devi.
